Ask for the invoice you need
“Please invoice Njeri Kamau for 23 mandazi.”
The assistant uses your catalogue and customer details to propose an invoice. Review the quantities and prices, then approve the draft. You choose when to finalise and send it.

Give each product the details it needs
Keep ingredients, allergens, sizes and prices with the products you sell. For made-to-order cakes, add serving sizes, lead times and customisation notes.
Tell the assistant about your bakery and it can help organise the catalogue. You review what it suggests.

Agree the order before you bake
Send a quotation for a celebration cake or a larger catering order. Record the customer’s answer and create an invoice from the agreed items when you are ready.
Record payments against the invoice, including part payments. The remaining balance stays visible.
