Describe your business to the assistant and review the catalogue structure it suggests.

Send the paperwork with the goods
“Prepare an invoice for La Cave Saint-Michel for 24 bottles of Cuvée les Argiles 2023.”
Prepare quotations for stockists and invoice the items they order. Record the dispatch and produce a delivery note with the quantities you send.
The example shows a winery’s delivery note for 24 bottles, in the customer’s language.

Count what you have available
Track finished goods and materials by location. Record receipts and stocktakes, and set reorder points for items you want to keep on hand.
