Match the transfer to the invoices
Allocate one payment across several invoices. Record withholding tax or bank charges separately so the balance reflects what happened.
Keep payment terms on customer records, and review the assistant’s proposed reminders for overdue invoices.

Keep supplier invoices with their payments
Upload supplier invoices for review. The assistant reads the details, and you check and approve the bill before recording a payment.
Explore supplier billsCommon questions
Does creating an invoice move stock?
Creating an invoice does not itself record a dispatch. Post a stock dispatch when goods leave, so the stock record reflects the actual movement.
Can I count different locations separately?
Yes. Record receipts, dispatches and stocktakes for the location involved, and view stock levels across your locations.
Does Raccoon send purchase orders to suppliers?
Purchase-order management is not included. You can keep supplier details, record incoming goods and manage their invoices.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly, with prices and limits shown for your country.
