One transfer, several invoices
Record a payment and split it across the invoices it covers. A part payment leaves the rest open, and each invoice shows whether it is unpaid, partly paid or paid.
Customers do not always pay the full amount. Record withholding tax with its certificate number, an early-payment discount, bank charges or rounding, so the remaining balance accounts for the deductions and the reason stays on record.
Bank statements, matched for you
Upload a camt.053 or camt.054 statement from your bank. Payments with a matching Raccoon payment reference are assigned automatically. Allocate other incoming payments yourself.
Make it easy to pay you
Show your customer a payment code next to the invoice: a girocode in the euro area, a Swiss QR-bill or a PayPal code. Customers scan bank-payment codes with a compatible banking app and use PayPal for PayPal payments.

Reminders you approve
“Who owes me money from last month?”
Raccoon marks invoices as overdue and puts a reminder task on your list. Ask the assistant and it drafts a polite reminder. You read it, change it if you like, and approve it before it goes out by email.
A late fee or interest can be mentioned in the reminder if you set one. Nothing is charged automatically.

What if a customer pays less than the invoice?
Record what arrived and say why the rest is missing: withholding tax with its certificate number, an early-payment discount, bank charges or rounding. When the payment and recorded deductions cover the balance, the invoice shows as paid.
Does Raccoon send reminders on its own?
No. Raccoon marks overdue invoices and the assistant drafts the reminder when you ask. You read it and approve it before it is sent by email.
Can Raccoon read my bank statement?
Yes, as a file. Upload a camt.053 or camt.054 statement. Payments with a matching Raccoon payment reference are assigned automatically; you allocate other incoming payments yourself. There is no live bank connection.
Does the money go through Raccoon?
No. Customers pay into your own account. Raccoon records the payment and matches it to the invoice.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly, with prices and limits shown for your country.
